Property exactly as advertised. Clean and tidy with a great location close to beach and pool! Upstairs spacious with lots of great spots for adults and kids. Responsive and helpful owners (even got lucky and let us check-in a little early!). Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for four nights in July. It was a great property, and we would definitely stay there again. There are three bedrooms upstairs - a master with a king and attached bathroom, a queen, and a room with two bunkbeds (the bottom mattresses are full, the top are singles). There is a second bathroom upstairs as well as laundry, and we comfortably slept six. The beds were unbelievably comfortable.Downstairs there's a main room with a kitchen, dining room table and living room with a sectional couch and TV. Again, very comfortable. There's a grill outside and plenty of outdoor furniture. You're on the side of the property, but the road isn't busy and it's conveniently located.The unit is within walking distance of an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub (there's a roof that opens or closes depending on the weather), and you can drive to another outdoor-only pool. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and open late. The closest beach access is definitely walkable, although we drove because it was easier. The property has several beach chairs, umbrellas and outdoor toys in the garage (which also comes with a video game area).Terrific place, great value, super easy check in, responsive communication. Like I said, we'd definitely stay here again.
